Semester II Week #2 Blog, Due Wednesday, February 5th by 11:00 pm

We are about 3 1/2 months away from the AP test.  What are you most concerned about at this point?  For the past few months, we have been working on Newton's Laws and forces.  What concepts or equations are giving you the most trouble right now?  What can I do to help you?  Are there any activities or resources that you know of that you would like me to present in class?  What have you been doing to facilitate your own learning?  Remember, in order to receive full credit, you must post an original comment PLUS reply to someone else's comment.  Happy Blogging!

Semester II Week 1 Blog: Due Sunday, January 26th by 11:00 pm

Since we are at the beginning of the new semester and everyone gets a fresh start, it is time to reflect on our successes and failures of the first semester.  Do you feel you received the grade that you earned?  Do you feel your grade does not accurately reflect the time and effort you put in to the class?  Since the second semester will move faster with a higher workload, is there anything you need to change to be as successful or more successful than you were in the first semester?  What are your goals for the new semester?  What plans do you have to prepare for the AP test which is the afternoon of May 12th?  Remember, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.  In other words, if you were not as successful as you would have liked in the first semester, you must change your behavior in order to improve the outcome for the second semester.   I look forward to reading your reflections and goals for the new semester.  You must post an original comment PLUS comment on someone else's post in order to receive full credit for the blog.  If you have trouble posting, you can post your comment/response on edmodo or email it to me at physicswithego@gmail.com.  Happy Blogging!
